职位介绍: Main Responsibility: Assist LM to facilitate and implement visual merchandising strategies and materials, incuding product display, product launching plan, etc Responsible make new store opening WM standard for DTC, Deliver professional visual merchandising guidance and training for all new store openings and renovations, Ensure the implementation of VM manuals and display standards in the region Responsitble for the guidance and training of store display departmen, the implementation and superision of the display assessment of the stores, Conduct weekly on-site visits to assess product presentation, identiy training needs, and provide hands-on WM support Formulated VM standards in stores, Set up display report feedback process to ensure timely feedback between each platform and channel team. Establish a year-round dsplay training plan and increase training radation in each season, Use standardized courseware and hands on practices to complete the overall training program. Coordinated the design of special store product promotion activities, pop-up stores, marketing events and other brand projects to improve the brand image & sales. Work wth Merchandising (Buyer & Planner, Marketing, and Retailteams to develop store layouts that support campaigns and promotions, ensuring a consistent brand experience. Role Specific Competencies: Good execution in VM system and process implementation. Good communication skills Monitor project timelines and communication plans to ensure successful implementation Proactively seek feedback and foster collaboration to help improve overall sales performance. Willing to create & drive change to be better and better.
