职位介绍: Position Overview We are seeking a Product Development Engineer – AI POD to lead the development and integration of next-generation AI POD solutions. This role is responsible for the end-to-end development of modular AI data center products, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, cooling, and control systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing Data Center Micro Module solutions, with strong knowledge of liquid cooling systems and system integration. Technical Responsibilities ● System architecture and interface control ○ Define the Pod architecture and reference configurations: cooling capacity per pod, rack density, redundancy topology, physical envelope, and SKU/variant strategy. ○ Own interface control documents at every boundary — IT rack and cold plate (NVIDIA GB/NVL-class reference architectures, OCP ORV3), facility water, power feed, network, and structural/seismic anchoring. ○ Set and manage the system requirements spec; flow down to subsystem specs and hold them accountable. ● Thermal and fluid (secondary side) ○ Own the secondary loop: flow and pressure budget across CDU, manifolds, hoses, quick disconnects, and cold plates; balancing, approach temperature, and ASHRAE W-class operating range. ○ CDU selection and sizing — heat exchanger approach, pump curves and N+1, control valve authority; make-or-buy decisions on the CDU itself. ○ Coolant specification and chemistry (PG25 or equivalent), wetted materials compatibility, filtration, and long-term fluid maintenance. ○ Leak detection, containment, and automated response; FWU sizing for the residual air-cooled load and air/liquid split. ● Power and controls integration ○ Coordinate busway, tap-offs, and rack power distribution with electrical engineering; own the power interface and redundancy scheme at the system level. ○ Define sequences of operation and failure modes: pump failover, leak response, loss of facility water, loss of power, startup and ride-through. ○ Own the controls and telemetry architecture with the software team — sensor plan, control loops, protocols (Modbus/BACnet/SNMP/Redfish), and integration with customer BMS/DCIM and GPU rack management. Key Responsibilities ● Lead the development and system integration of AI POD and modular data center products. ● Drive product development from concept, design, validation, and NPI through mass production. ● Integrate mechanical, electrical, cooling, and control systems into complete AI POD solutions. ● Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure successful product delivery. ● Support prototype builds, product validation, and design optimization. ● Work with suppliers to evaluate components and improve product performance, reliability, and manufacturability. ● Ensure products meet customer requirements, quality standards, and manufacturing objectives. Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline. ● 5+ years of product development experience in data center infrastructure or related industries. ● Hands-on experience developing Data Center Micro Module products is required. ● Experience with liquid cooling micro module solutions is required. ● Experience in system integration for modular data centers or AI POD products. ● Experience with companies such as Huawei, EPG, or other leading data center infrastructure manufacturers is highly preferred. ● Strong understanding of modular data center architecture, system integration, and product lifecycle management. ● Professional working proficiency in English with the ability to collaborate with global teams. Preferred Qualifications ● Experience developing AI Data Center or AI POD solutions. ● Experience with liquid cooling technologies, CDU, or high-density computing infrastructure. ● Experience supporting NPI and manufacturing ramp-up. ● Experience working in a global engineering environment.
