职位介绍: ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Support mechanical design and development tasks within the RCS E2E program, including concept creation, CAD modeling, component detailing, and tolerance analysis. 2. Driving technical solutions with proper DOEs validation , providing hands on troubleshooting and design iteration to improve performance, robustness. 3. Technical files management and Teamcenter maintaining, including drawings, DFM/DFA assessments, BOM updates, TSA, design review packages. 4. Collaborate closely with cross functional teams (ID, Product, Manufacturing, suppliers, testing labs, PMs…) to ensure mechanical solutions meet product requirements across the E2E lifecycle. 5. Support mechanical testing and validation, analyze results, and translate insights into design improvements. 6. Support supplier engagement, reviewing tooling proposals, manufacturing processes, and feasibility assessments. 7. Ensure compliance with BAT quality, safety, and regulatory requirements in mechanical design. 8. Continuously develop technical depth in mechanical engineering, materials, and design for manufacture competencies. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE ESSENTIAL Experience Required • Solid foundation in mechanical engineering principles, component design, manufacturing processes, and materials. • Proficient in 3D CAD tools (NX preferred, NX/Solidworks/Creo) for modeling and technical drawings. • Demonstrated ability to build and test functional prototypes. • Familiarity with DFM/DFS, GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and mass-production considerations. . Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required • Strong problem-solving mindset and hands-on execution capability. • Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across R&D, Operations, and suppliers. • Ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced E2E development environment. • Self-driven, with a learning mindset and strong attention to detail. • Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required Education & Background • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • 3–5 years of mechanical design or OEM/ODM background preferred.
