职位介绍: 无锡，全球供应商质量管理，英文口语流利，生物制药； Principal Duties and Responsibilities · Strategic Leadership: o Contribute to strategic planning for global procurement and supply chain practices from a quality perspective. o Develop and implement a global supply quality strategy to ensure consistent practice across network which meet regulatory standards, internal quality objectives, customer requirements, and international norms Supplier Management: o Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality standards are clearly communicated and met. o Manage supplier selection process based on their ability to meet quality requirements. o Establish and maintain supplier quality agreements. Quality Assurance: o Implement and oversee Global quality assurance systems to monitor and report on supplier performance, including non-conformances and overall quality metrics. o Lead investigations and resolutions of supplier quality issues. Audits and Compliance: o Conduct and manage supplier audits, both on-site and virtually, to evaluate compliance with regulatory standards and quality agreements. o Ensure global supply chain complies with relevant regulations and standards (such as FDA, EMA, ISO, etc.). Continuous Improvement: o Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements and cost reduction efforts, with suppliers from quality perspective. Risk Management: o Assess and mitigate risks within the supply chain that could potentially impact product quality. Training and Development: o Train team members on global supply quality best practices and procedures. o Create and manage a supplier development program to elevate suppliers’ quality systems and capabilities. Quality Metrics and KPIs: o Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to supplier quality. o Report on the global supply quality performance to senior management. Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Work closely with PD, manufacturing, MSAT, regulatory affairs, and procurement to align quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle. Document Control: o Ensure proper documentation control and records management for all supplier-related quality documents. o Member of Global Quality leadership team. o Representing the company to external parties with focus on GMP compliance. o Recruiting and management of Global Supply Quality Staff. o Preparing budget and management of expenditure in line with budget for quality functions and activities. o Approval, and where required preparation, of capital expenditure requests for site improvement and renovation projects Job Requirements： 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (such as Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Supply Chain Management, or Quality Assurance). A Master’s degree is often preferred. 2. A significant amount of experience in Supply Quality/Quality assurance/Quality control in a global network environment. 3. Experience in conducting supplier audits and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements in relevant markets. 4. Demonstrated leadership and management skills. 5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 6. Certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Supplier Quality Professional (CSQP), or similar may be preferred. 7. Experience in managing cross sites/regional teams of at least 30 people. 8. Demonstrated capability and enthusiasm to establish high-performance teams. Advanced computer system and database skills. 9. Ability to investigate and solve complex technical problems 10. Excellent communication skills to engage with personnel from multiple disciplines and experience bases across the operations organization.
