职位介绍: RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assume a leadership role in coaching, developing, and motivating all production employees in order that they may perform their functions at a world-class level in a positive, productive and professional environment which fosters team work and mutual respect. - Monitor all quality systems on an ongoing basis Including response to gut of control conditions Assist operators with any quality problem encountered. - Monitor and assess employee training including a recommendation of any additionaltraining requirements. - Maintain all environmental and safety policies. - Ensure that housekeeping procedures are followed to maintain a world-class facility. - Monitor and assist in implementation of various systems including IATF16949 to competeon a world class level. - Communicate with other supervisors and interact with other departments to ensure properflow is maintained throughout production facilities. - Work with management and production employees to establish schedules to ensureustomer satisfaction and 100% on time delivery. - Take a proactive role in helping to overcome operational problems encountered in the normal course of business. - Lead and coach production employees to help accomplish budget goals, improve quality, maintain employee morale and improve work environment. - Assist in maintaining inventory of production supplies and materials in a cost effective manner. - Ensure that production equipment is in proper working operation and maintain all first off records. To assist in shipping/receiving functions when required as well as incoming andoutgoing inspection of incoming materials and outgoing production. - Work in compliance with customers' specific requirement, such as QSB of SGM, Formal Q of VW, etc.
