职位介绍: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.  Travel to customer locations or be assigned to an individual customer site.  Responsible for all on-site installations, startup, diagnosis, service, and repair of Company’s equipment.  Function as Company’s liaison with customers on administrative, technical, operational, and maintenance issues.  Coordinate and perform on-site installation and repair of complex Company’s equipment with supervision.  Troubleshoot and repair complex electronic and mechanical problems.  Interface with factory and customer during all phases of all service activity.  Ensure customer's facility and all support equipment is ready and available for installation of equipment.  Assist in selling equipment modifications, upgrades, service contracts that will enhance operation of Company’s products.  Coordinate and perform assembly rebuilds and preventive maintenance on all Company’s products.  Interface with technical support, design engineering, and manufacturing engineering on tooling, preventive maintenance procedures, design, and reliability.  Complete field service reports after each assignment using Company’s Business System (FSO and Insight).  Work from engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals during the installation, debugging, and repair of Company’s equipment.  Complete standard documentation, procedures, and forms, and comply with all ISO related procedures and processes.  Follow all established cleanroom cleanliness requirements, procedures, and protocols.  Instruct customers on the proper preventive maintenance activities. Qualifications  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience  Associate degree in electronics or 4-6 years like military electronics training and 4 to 6 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
