职位介绍: Purpose of role: This position is responsible for driving the talent acquisition and pipeline development efforts for company through creative and effective resourcing interventions and branding. He/she will have demonstrated the competency to be an effective people to coordinate with business leaders, business HR managers. In addition, he/she will demonstrate effective capacity of recruitment and selection processes that are legally compliant, cost effective, customer focused and aligned with company’s strategic business direction and aligned strategy. Responsibilities · Work with Talent Acquisition team to execute recruiting strategy, policies, protocols and procedures. · Partner with business HR managers / business leaders to drive an efficient and effective recruitment processes that deliver on the talent needs. · Build up a strong candidate pool and control recruitment cost to continuously improve the smooth operation of recruitment procedure and process. · Fulfill all job openings through high quality, high efficiency approach. · Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all stakeholders including hiring managers, candidates, HR colleagues, and external agencies. · Support hiring managers on hiring needs, Job Descriptions and hiring process. · Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR team and corporate staffing team to ensure Recruitment activity is aligned with business needs and corporate framework. · Monitor external recruiting vendors and partners. Manage job postings and hiring channels. · Monthly recruitment data tracking and analysis to conclude TA dashboard. · Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need. Skills & Experience · 5 years+ inhouse recruitment experience in fast-growing organizations with proven track record of good performance. · Recruiting experience from Retail, FMCG, Food & Beverage, high-tech companies is highly preferred. · Ability to operate and engage in a matrix organization. · Demonstrable collaboration skill with the customers (business HR managers / business leaders) and influencing skills in leading and directing teams to achieve results. . Strong software skills such as Microsoft PPT, excel, word. · Strong planning, communication, relationship building, presentation, project management, and organization skills. · Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced and pressurized environment.
