职位介绍: Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, this role partners closely with business stakeholders to drive end-to-end hiring activities and deliver quality talent solutions across assigned functions. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and supporting recruitment operations and workforce planning initiatives to enable business growth. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Delivery Manage the full recruitment process for assigned positions, including talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, assessment, offer management, reference/background checks, and onboarding support. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, and develop effective hiring strategies to attract qualified talent. Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and recurring positions through proactive market mapping and networking activities. Support urgent and strategic hiring projects while ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience. Continuously explore and leverage various sourcing channels, including online platforms, professional networks, referral programs, campus partnerships, and external search partners. Collaborate with HR and business teams on employer branding, talent engagement, and other people-related initiatives. Talent Insights & Recruitment Operations Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring reports and dashboard updates. Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, hiring quality, and retention trends to enhance recruitment outcomes. Contribute to annual workforce planning reviews and external partner performance evaluations. Conduct compensation and talent market research to support hiring competitiveness and decision-making. Support recruitment system administration and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Education Bachelor's degree or above. Experience Around 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or related recruitment functions. Experience supporting corporate and functional hiring within a dynamic, fast-paced organization is highly preferred. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously. Professional Competencies Strong candidate sourcing and talent mapping capabilities. Solid interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business requirements into practical recruitment strategies. Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging recruitment data and market insights. Personal Attributes Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities. Adaptable and resilient in a changing business environment. Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills. Language & Technical Skills Good command of both written and spoken English. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies is a plus.
