职位介绍: 职位描述 Overview: Head of local supply chain, responsible for operational purchasing, supplier quality, project purchasing, warehouse and logistics. Strong leadership, result orientation and entrepreneurial mindset. Job Responsibilities: 1.Operational Purchasing and Supplier Quality Responsible for whole Purchasing and Supplier Quality Management of on-time parts deliveries and supplier performance Monitoring and developing the supplier base in collaboration with strategic purchasing 2.Process Purchasing Secure localization of supply chain and cost down measures to improve company competitiveness 3.Warehouse and Logistics Managing local logistics to ensure stable and on-time delivery of parts, including 1) Secure parts availability for production 2) Strict control of inventories 3) Smart demand and stock planning 4) Cost management for warehouse, import and freight 4.Meetings, Moderations and Others Conduct regular meetings for Supply Chain department Moderate workshops (cost down, process improvement, CIP etc.) for the Supply Chain department Other projects assigned Job Requirements： Bachelor’s degree and above. Educational background in engineering relevant majors is preferred At least 10 years’ working experience in purchasing or supply chain. Experience in international companies is preferred, prior experience in non-standard equipment, particularly packaging equipment, is a strong plus Result oriented with strong leadership to thrive team to success. Good at stakeholder management and collaboration with other departments/functions across the entire organization Good communication skills and fluent in written and spoken English Proficient in software incl. MS office, SAP etc.
