职位介绍: 岗位描述： • Strategic Sourcing & Part Family Strategy Establish sufficient competition mechanism for material & component demands. Formulate and roll out tailored purchasing strategies for all part families, align with global sourcing roadmap and local production needs, based on clear understanding of local site business strategy and external supply chain environment, set up and adjust short-term & long-term supply chain strategy. Optimize resource allocation, support long-term material supply stability and cost competitiveness. • Cost Governance & Target Delivery Drive continuous total cost optimization in material portfolio, conduct cost breakdown and saving solution implementation. Decompose annual cost-saving targets into team & individual tasks, track full progress, and ensure the targets are fully achieved. Monitor the process operation for material field, identify risks and promote iterative process improvement. • Supplier Management In charge of the identification, qualification and approval of new suppliers. Closely work with operative purchasing and supplier quality to understand exiting or potential supply risk, define core supplier pool for strategic development, launch supplier enhancement programs to boost technical collaboration, quality upgrading and capacity synchronization etc. Rationalize and control the supplier quantity per part family, streamline redundant suppliers, and maintain critical partnership with strategic suppliers. • Team Leadership Lead a compact team, deploy team overall KPIs, conduct regular performance review, coaching and motivation to drive consistent target delivery. Build and reserve pipelines for the team, improve overall professional competence & collaboration efficiency. • Internal Service & Data Quality Control Ensure fast response and standardized high service level. Supervise procurement master data accuracy and price filing records, ensure full compliance, integrity and traceability. Coordinate cross-department, cross-region and cross-functional communications. 任职要求： Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement or other technical related disciplines. Minimum 10 years’ working experience in manufacturing industry with solid hands-on experience in global part-family strategic management and leading buyer structure, at least 5 years’ leadership experience. Working experience of operative purchasing is also preferred. Strong capabilities in project management, commercial negotiation and supplier relationship management, with in-depth know-how and market insight of component & material (i.e. mechanical machining parts, catalogue parts) supply chain. Fluent in oral and written English, capable of independently docking with global stakeholders and overseas suppliers. Result-oriented, with excellent data analysis, problem-solving and cross-team coordination skills.
