职位介绍: 必须是设备经验，不考虑耗材或零部件经验。 SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION:  Participate in the global specification, design, prototyping, and validation of new products.  Drive the process of bringing new products from concept stage to mass production.  Handle customization requests for products.  Provide technical support for existing products. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  Participate in equipment design by product definition, budget and schedule.  Design equipment mechanical systems, sub-assemblies and detailed component drawings, meeting design and performance standards.  Attend design reviews, propose mechanical structure improvements and follow up design changes.  Conduct testing of equipment and complete related technical documentation.  Communicate and coordinate with teams and other departments to ensure project progress.  Provide technical support to Manufacturing, Purchasing and Service teams for design-to-production transition. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:  Minimum 5 years of solid experience in mechanical design, development and mass production of equipment products.  Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, casting, sheet metal, surface treatment etc.  Proven track record in the full product lifecycle, including mechanical design, prototype, reliability testing, and design-to-production transition.  Proficient in mechanical structure design, component selection and BOM optimization for equipment.  Ability to independently troubleshoot mechanical design and product quality issues.  Design software SolidWorks is preferred  Good communication and coordination skills, able to work independently or in a team under tight project schedules.  Self-driven, result-oriented with a continuous learning attitude toward new technologies and industry trends.  Proficiency in written English is required; spoken English is preferred.
