职位介绍: GL Supervisor must be familiar with accounting standards and general accounting entries, i.e. fixed assets, payroll, tax, etc. and has basic computer skills, willing to work in teams and work alone under self-direction as well. General ledger responsibility: 1.Prepare full list of GL journal entries 2.Set monthly transaction FX rates in JDE and unrealized exchange loss and gain adjustment 3.Properly record the increase and disposal of fixed assets in HBS system, calculation monthly depreciation 4.Monitor AP accountant, prepare the monthly DPO report and BS breakdown and highlight any discrepancy 5.Perform VAT input reconciliation and VAT invoice filling 6.Monthly VAT filing and statutory report declaration in e-tax system 7.Monthly Statistics report and Key account statement report preparation 8.Other tasks be delegated by senior accounting manager Annual filing and government review/inspection responsibility: 1.Prepare the information and documents for company annual filing 2.Coordinate with compliance and tax teams to prepare all the necessary documents required by government authorities Ensures proper filing and storing of all accounting documents and maintains an accurate inventory and control. PROFILE As an inclusive employer, we favor skills, backgrounds, experiences, and ideas. 1.Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting related major 2.Hold “Accountant Certificate” (会计上岗证) 3.Young & High potential, minimum 5-years operational experience in similar position, Retail Industry experience is a plus 4.Being able to communicate in fluent English, both in oral and written. 5.Strong interpersonal communication skills and problem-solving skills 6.Good PC skills, has JDE accounting software experience is a plus. 7.Hard working, teamwork and can work under pressure
