职位介绍: I. Position Summary Overall responsible for the daily operation management of the lubricant production plant. Organize production according to the sales plan to ensure on-time, on-quality, and on-quantity delivery. Focus on controlling blending process stability, filling efficiency, production costs, and EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) compliance. Drive production towards standardization and lean manufacturing. II. Responsibilities 1. Production Planning & Execution Develop annual, monthly, and weekly production plans based on sales forecasts and inventory alerts. Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, and technical departments to ensure timely availability of base oils, additives, and packaging materials. Monitor production progress, resolve bottlenecks in the process, and ensure on-time delivery rate meets targets. 2. Production Technology & Process Management Supervise the execution of lubricant blending formulas (e.g., ratios, mixing time, temperature control) to prevent formula errors or incorrect batching. Optimize the production workflow (from base oil tank farm → blending kettle → settling/inspection → filling → warehousing) to shorten cycle times. Collaborate with the Quality Department to address in-process quality anomalies (e.g., kinematic viscosity deviation, abnormal flash point, poor demulsibility). 3. Cost Control & Efficiency Improvement Control per-ton manufacturing costs (auxiliary materials, energy consumption, maintenance, labor). Promote lean production (e.g., SMED – Single Minute Exchange of Die) to reduce changeover waiting time on filling lines. Manage wastage rates of base oils, additives, and packaging materials (filling loss, drip loss). 4. Safety, Health & Environment Management As the primary responsible person for production safety, implement the dual prevention mechanism (risk分级管控 + hazard identification and elimination). Focus on controlling high-temperature blending, chemical contact with additives, fire protection facilities, and explosion-proof areas. Lead investigations and corrective actions for production incidents (e.g., leaks, fires, mechanical injuries). 5. Equipment & Facility Management Develop preventive maintenance plans for blending kettles, filling machines, labeling machines, case packers, air compressors, and other equipment. Promote TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) to reduce equipment failure rates and ensure continuous production. 6. Team Building & Personnel Management Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and performance appraisal of production staff (based on output, quality, and safety). Organize skills training (forklift operation, DCS system operation, blending safety procedures). Build a production backbone team and control frontline employee turnover. 7. Cross-functional Collaboration Work with the Quality Department to resolve customer complaints (e.g., contamination, underweight, leaking packages). Coordinate with the Technical Department on new product trial runs, assessing process scale‑up feasibility and equipment compatibility.
