职位介绍: • Lead one or more new product development projects from project ideate phase to final new product development completion. Interact with marketing, pilot lab, global technical experts, suppliers, regulatory, medical, quality, manufactory and raw material teams to conduct new product development including flavor development. • Fully understand FSMP NPD process and requirements. Able to independently complete the technical development of new products, and guide other members to carry out related work，provide professional advice. • Deliver high quality of registration dossier including recipe development report, label, list of ingredient and related technical report. Provide solutions to technical challenges and new findings and communicate with relevant stakeholders for decision making. Responsible for checking and updating routine product technical documents, maintaining records. Participate in related changes in recipe, involved in risk analysis and control, keep fluent communication with related partners. Fully consider the influence for quality of related work, ensure quality furthest. • Represent NPD in cross functional team, responsible for recipe label design and product development. Negotiate final product nutritional design with marketing, working with regulatory, medical to ensure product label meeting China FSMP regulation and China nutrition guidelines. Work with raw material team to ensure raw material are fully meeting China FSMP regulation, DRI/RNI/AI and major nutritional guidelines and food safety requirement with an end goal to secure new product registration approval. • Identify product development risks and challenges and closely work with cross functional team to propose and execute risk mitigation plan to overcome development risks throughout development cycle. • Responsible for flavor development by working closely with business partner and designated flavor houses. Conduct product flavor sensory evaluation with good documentation to ensure the product flavor meeting set standard jointly with business partner. • Work with pilot team on pilot trials and ensure all trials are well documented and trials are well designed with the objective of speedy fast prototyping and development.Activelywork with process development, FSMP workshop and Supply Point cross functional team to conduct factory transfer. Ensure factory transfer meeting agreed timeline. • Work with Pilot team to conduct new product development process study to ensure new products can be successfully scaled up and transferred to factory. • Responsible for product informal and formal stability study. Responsible for shelf-life study protocol. Responsible for shelf-life testing timingand data monitoring, ensure shelf-lifesamples are analyzed on time for each time point per shelf-life protocol. All informal and formal shelf-life study results must be documented per regulatory authority requirements. Discuss with external GB testing lab and internal QC lab on testing result. Summarize testing results with stability trends for each nutrient. Ensure new product meeting designed label claim meeting targeted shelf life for all nutrients and report is accept by authority. • Work with manufactory site on process validation and NPD related technical dossier writing. Prepare related documents for registration according to GB and regulatory requirements. Ensure the success of trial production by working closely with workshop and QC/QA. Ensure the regulatory compliance and successfully pass SAMR onsite inspections to secure new products approval. • Responsible for high quality, efficiency, flowless execution of new products development and transfer by closely working cross functional team. • Ensure new product developmentis fully documented and related technical dossier meeting FSMP regulation requirement. • Actively involved in global R&D network to gain technology expertise via technical training and best practice sharing. • Establish and maintain network of contacts withsuppliers and research institutes. • Explore new technology for new product innovation. Requirements and qualifications: • MSc in food technology, chemical engineering, chemistry or pharmaceutics • 5+ years iniFSMP or aFSMP or IMF or other dairy-based nutrition product development, preferably with experience developing liquid-based products and Successfully registered FSMP products. • Demonstrated capability to deliver NPD projects with new product launches. Experience in NPD planning, development, implementation, execution. • Good team player, excellent communication, negotiation, prioritization, analytical, problem-solvingskills. Ability to work on multiple projects with cross functional team. • In-depth understanding of FSMP and GB requirements a plus. • Proficiency in English
