职位介绍: Responsibilities职责: 1. Customer satisfaction - Ensure customer and Gates requirement properly transfer to suppliers; - Ensure the quality of GFQP. - Participate in as auditor along process. 2.Growth - As key member of cross function team to conduct suppliers development; - Conduct initial supplier feasibility assessment and follow supplier self assessment; - Conduct supplier process & system audit; - Follow supplier development flow and gate review; - Coordinate supplier PPAP approval; - Ensure the goods received as Spec. required; - Follow up supplier 8D report and evaluate effectiveness ; - Conduct supplier scorecard review; 3.Market leadership - To develop supplier as best material chain and win-win for Gates technology; - Supplier motivation and keep continual improvement; 4.Value creation - As member of GFQP project to conduct process quality assurance for control plan and PFMEA; - To review supplier cost saving from quality perspective through suppliers development and improvements; - To participate in continuous improvement teams in process; 5.Citizenship - To participate on Tomkins HSE Excellence program as required; - Work on with suppliers to introduce or input HSE principles; - To conduct analysis of HSE impact of new processes; 6.People development - Conduct basic training for suppliers & associates; - Coordinator Gates specified requirements for supplier; - Participate GPS activity and coordinate for necessary supplier involved; 7.Other tasks assigned by Quality Manager Experience Required 工作经验： Good skills in communication with relevant department, Team work and strong Supplier Quality Assurance experience University degree major in Mechanical or chemical ISO/TS 16949 knowledge, prefer have VDA 6.3 and supplier assessment experience 5 years working experience with minimum 2 years for Supplier Quality Assurance leader area
