职位介绍: Key Responsibilities: Manufacturing & Process Quality • Lead quality planning and assurance activities for manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes • Establish, maintain, and improve process controls, inspection plans, control plans, and work instructions • Drive reduction of defects, scrap, and rework through structured problem-solving methodologies • Support new product introductions (NPI) by defining quality requirements, PFMEA, and validation plans Customer Quality • Act as the primary quality interface for customer quality issues and complaints • Lead root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) • Support customer audits, quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives Quality Systems • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable industry standards • Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of findings • Maintain quality documentation, records, and change control processes; Qualifications: Education • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline, Master’s degree is a plus Experience • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality engineering • Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment; Soft Skills & Competencies • Strong leadership and ownership mindset • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Effective communication in cross-functional and multicultural teams • Ability to work hands-on on the shop floor • Customer-focused and results-driven
