职位介绍: PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责: 1. Responsible for whole scope of HR functions (Suzhou Plant). 2. Working with SC HRBP head for Org Optimization and improve working efficiency 3. Driving HR CI projects from Org , Productivity, Capability building 4. Ensure fully meeting requirements for the HR operation such as job market & position analysis for departmental manpower re-allocation support, recruitment (DL and IDL), organization development joint-study & follow-up, performance management & talent development, HR policies introduction & compliance, employee relation improvement, HRIS, and in-house training program involvement, etc. 5. Understand the local laws/regulations change and proactive provide practical written solutions to relevant departments & the HQs for legal compliance. 6. Firm the cross-department cooperation and build healthy working relationship with relevant department managers 7. Budget: departmental HC integration, DL & IDL. 8. Reinforce employee communication channels smoothly by various ways (such as daily complaint resolving, on-site communication in workshop, town hall meeting, employee engagement survey and communication with trade union, etc.), and ensure flawless follow-up and update to relevant employees timely. 9. Responsible for relationship maintenance with local labor officials and foresee the labor development trend as well as action plan initiation 10. Support trade union initiatives and activities by the Company’s interests 11. Cooperate with HR relevant teams for HR-related internal/ external audit by high quality timely
