职位介绍: D&A Scrum Master & Delivery Operations # contractor role # # Ongoing # We are not looking for a traditional Project Manager, nor a Scrum Master focused solely on agile ceremonies. Though some of the traits apply, beyond that, we are also looking for a execution-focused Scrum Master who can improve delivery predictability, proactively identify risks and dependencies with know-how in data & analytics, and help teams translate plans into consistent execution. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables： 1、Agile Delivery & Team Facilitation Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives Facilitate collaboration across Product Managers, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, BI Developers and other delivery team members Promote transparency of sprint goals, progress, commitments and delivery outcomes Coach teams on backlog readiness, sprint discipline and delivery practices 2、Release Health & Delivery Execution Support end-to-end release execution beyond sprint-level facilitation Facilitate release health reviews and proactively identify delivery concerns before they impact commitments Contribute to improving delivery predictability through planning readiness, dependency management and execution discipline 3、Delivery Insight & Reporting Analyze delivery performance, sprint metrics and execution trends to identify improvement opportunities Produce concise and actionable status updates for product, delivery and leadership stakeholders Support leadership discussions with data-driven insights rather than activity-based reporting 4、Backlog & Requirement Quality Challenge unclear, incomplete or low-quality backlog items Work with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Engineers to improve backlog quality and readiness Support maintenance of short- and medium-term backlog visibility to improve planning effectiveness 5、Continuous Improvement Identify process inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks Drive pragmatic improvements focused on delivery effectiveness and team outcomes Foster accountability, ownership and continuous learning within delivery teams Required Skills & Qualifications： Mandatory Experience & Skills 1、Agile Delivery Experience 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with experience supporting data, analytics, BI or technology teams Proven experience managing multiple squads or initiatives in parallel Strong experience facilitating agile delivery while maintaining focus on business outcomes 2、Data & Analytics Experience Experience working in Data & Analytics environments, including BI, reporting, analytics, data engineering or data platform initiatives Strong understanding of the lifecycle of data and analytics products Ability to engage effectively with Data Engineers, BI Developers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists and Product Managers 3、Analytical & Communication Skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability Ability to identify patterns, trends and root causes using delivery data and operational observations Ability to present delivery insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences 4、Tooling & Ways of Working Experience with agile planning, backlog management and delivery tracking tools Experience with Excel, PPT is a must Experience on SQL in preferred Desired Characteristics Structured thinker with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in fast-changing delivery environments Balances agile principles with pragmatic delivery needs Execution-focused rather than ceremony-focused Able to move between sprint-level execution details and release-level delivery health discussions Curious about business processes, data, analytics and continuous improvement
