职位介绍: • Lead production team to achieve company's goals, following quality and EHS requirements • Responsible for establishment and supervision of production policies and procedures • Manage production team and the whole production operation, coordinating with other departments • Responsible for production quality, cost, efficiency and safety • Lead production team to implement LEAN and projects related to new products launch, cost down, quality&EHS improvement • Manage, supervise and train the team members, and responsible for their KPI management • Coordinate with internal and external departments to make sure smooth cooperation • Responsible for on-site 6S management and waste management • Check and supervise the implementation of production safety to eliminate hidden danger of production accidents • Strong ownership, proactivity and leadership capability in production management, especially for people management. And, with strong GI mindset, overall situation view, disciplined execution assurance and enhancement etc. • Knowledgeable in EHS management, and relevant laws and regulations • In depth understanding of IATF16949, ISO9001, VDA6.3, ISO14001, ISO45001, and related quality management tools (8D, FEMA, RA, PPAP etc.) • Excellent skills in communication and cooperation • Strong capabilities of problem analyzing and solving • Working Experience: More than 5 years related in similar position in chemical or automotive industry, experienced in lubricant industry is a plus • Education Background: Bachelor degree or above, Chemical related major preferred • Experienced in working in a multi-cultural environment, able to handle working under pressure • Language: Fluent in English (oral & written)
