职位介绍: 一、岗位职责 Job Responsibilities 1. 全面统筹全厂连续式生产线日常生产运营管理，搭建、优化生产管理体系，统筹人员排班、产能规划、交期管控，保障 24 小时连续化产线稳定不间断运行； Take overall charge of daily operation management of full-plant continuous production lines, establish and optimize the production management system, arrange staff shifts, plan production capacity and control delivery schedules to ensure stable and non-stop operation of 24-hour continuous production lines. 2. 主导连续生产线核心工艺管控与优化，梳理关键制程参数，解决生产过程中制程波动、良品率偏低、产线停机损耗等各类工艺、设备综合问题，持续提升生产良率与单线产出； Lead the control and optimization of core processes for continuous production lines, sort out key process parameters, resolve comprehensive process and equipment issues including process fluctuations, low yield rate and production downtime loss during manufacturing, and continuously boost production yield and single-line output. 3. 负责生产团队搭建与管理，统筹车间班组长、操作工、工艺员、设备辅助人员的绩效考核、技能培训、现场纪律管理，搭建梯队人才培养机制； Be responsible for the construction and management of the production team, oversee performance appraisal, skill training and on-site discipline management of workshop team leaders, operators, process technicians and equipment auxiliary staff, and build a talent echelon training mechanism. 4. 严控生产成本，针对原材料损耗、水电能耗、设备备品备件、人工成本制定管控方案，落地降本增效改善项目，定期输出成本分析报表； Strictly control production costs, formulate control schemes covering raw material loss, water and power consumption, equipment spare parts and labor costs, implement cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects, and regularly issue cost analysis reports. 5. 落实车间 5S、安全生产、环保规范管理，建立设备日常保养、定期检修制度，降低非计划停机时长，杜绝安全事故； Implement 5S management, work safety and environmental protection standards in the workshop, establish daily maintenance and regular overhaul systems for equipment to reduce unplanned downtime and eliminate safety accidents. 6. 联动工艺、品质、设备、采购部门，协同处理来料异常、制程不良、客户品质反馈，主导产线技改、工艺改良、产能扩容项目落地； Coordinate with process, quality, equipment and purchasing departments to jointly handle incoming material abnormalities, process defects and customer quality feedback, and lead the implementation of production line technical transformation, process improvement and capacity expansion projects. 7. 制定月度 / 季度生产计划，根据订单需求合理调配产线资源，跟踪订单交付进度，协调解决生产瓶颈，确保按期交付； Formulate monthly and quarterly production plans, rationally allocate production line resources according to order demands, track order delivery progress, coordinate and resolve production bottlenecks to guarantee on-time delivery. 8. 定期向总经理汇报生产数据、产能达成、良率、损耗、安全、人员等核心运营指标，出具生产改善报告。 Report core operation indicators including production data, capacity completion rate, yield, material loss, safety status and staffing to the General Manager regularly, and issue production improvement reports. # 二、任职要求 Job Requirements 1. 大专及以上学历，材料、化工、机械制造、工业工程相关专业优先； College diploma or above; majors in Materials, Chemical Engineering, Machinery Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering are preferred. 2. 8 年及以上全连续自动化生产线生产管理经验，5 年以上同岗位管理经验，深耕涂覆复合类连续制程管理，熟悉长流程连续产线全套管控逻辑； At least 8 years of production management experience in fully automatic continuous production lines, with more than 5 years of experience in equivalent management positions; proficient in continuous coating and composite process management, and familiar with full-set control logic of long-process continuous production lines. 3. 精通连续生产线整套核心工艺管控，能够独立处理涂布、复合、固化、分切等连贯制程各类工艺缺陷，具备丰富制程问题攻关经验； Master the full set of core process control of continuous production lines, capable of independently tackling various process defects in connected procedures such as coating, compounding, curing and slitting, with abundant experience in process problem troubleshooting. 4. 熟悉大批量不间断连续生产模式，擅长人员排班、产能平衡、夜班生产管控； Familiar with mass non-stop continuous production mode, skilled in staff shift arrangement, capacity balancing and night shift production management. 5. 熟练使用 ERP、MES 等生产管理系统，能独立搭建生产数据台账，通过数据分析挖掘生产损耗、产能瓶颈； Proficient in production management systems such as ERP and MES; able to independently build production data ledgers and identify production loss and capacity bottlenecks through data analysis. 6. 具备较强的成本管控、精益生产改善思维，主导过降损耗、提良率、提升产能专项改善项目； Possess strong cost control and lean production improvement thinking, with experience in leading special improvement projects for loss reduction, yield improvement and capacity upgrade. 7. 熟悉工厂安全生产规范、车间标准化管理，具备良好团队统筹、沟通协调、问题决断能力； Familiar with factory work safety specifications and standardized workshop management; equipped with outstanding overall team coordination, communication and problem-solving capabilities. 8. 保密意识强，能够严格遵守公司内部产品、工艺、产能信息保密制度。 Strong confidentiality awareness, able to strictly abide by the company’s confidentiality rules for internal product, process and production capacity information.
