- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with chemistry team members to prepare and optimize formulations to support oligonucleotide therapies development
• Perform formulation and compound-handling activities, including buffer preparation, sample dilution and NanoDrop-based concentration measurement
• Independently analyze and interpret formulation data, maintain accurate experimental records and relevant SOPs
• Manage compounds received from external CRO facilities, including receipt, registration, labeling, aliquoting, and shipment to internal teams or external partners
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related scientific discipline
• Relevant laboratory experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
• Hands-on experience preparing oligonucleotide formulations
• Experience in supporting laboratory and compound management, including inventory, sample preparation, storage, tracking, and distribution
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced research environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with two or more therapeutic modalities
