职位介绍: 岗位职责： Amount of Travel Required: 50% Location: Shanghai/Wuxi Duties and Responsibilities: 1.领导驻场服务工程师-CMS团队，分配任务并确保服务目标达成。Lead the On-Site service engineer CMS team, assign tasks, and ensure service objectives are met. 2.制定、安排并推动CMS产品全国的预防性维护计划。Develop, schedule, and drive the national Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan for CMS products. 3.负责真空设备(CMS)在客户现场的安装、日常检查、维护与维修服务交付。Be responsible for the delivery of daily inspection, maintenance, and repair services for CMS products at customer sites. 4.分析并管理客户报告的需求与问题，**限度减少停机时间并优化产品性能。Analyze and manage customer-reported requests and problems to minimize downtime and optimize product performance. 5.根据技术支持建议，对现场运行的设备执行改进计划。Implement improvement plans on equipment running onsite following product application recommendations. 参与国内外技术与管理培训，并将知识转化，对团队成员进行定期培训与技能发展指导。Participate in domestic and international technical and management training, translate knowledge, and conduct regular training and skill development coaching for team members. 7.维护并确保服务数据库的准确性与及时更新。 Maintain and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the service database. 8.按要求向管理层报告现场问题并收集相关数据。 Report site issues and collect required data as requested by the management team. 9.与销售团队合作，管理服务满意度及相关业务发展。Collaborate with the Sales team to manage service satisfactory and related business development. 10.在需要时为其他客户或现场提供短期现场支持。Provide short-term on-site support to other customers or sites as needed. 任职资格： Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1.Good communication and presentation skill. 良好的沟通及表达能力 2. Excellent teamwork skills. 出色的团队合作能力。 3. Prossess experience and knowledge 具备在无尘室环境工作的经验及相关知识。 4. Written and reading skill of English, and can have oral communication in English.语言要求:英语阅读能力和基本书写能力,能做良好的口语沟通 Educations, Training, and Experience: Education background and working experience/教育景与工作经历:1.degree and above, and major in Mechanical or electrical.大专及以上学历，机械电气相关专业 2.More than 2 years' customer service or equipment experience in semiconductor or related. 2年以上半导体行业设备或经验。 3.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with 5+ years of field service experience, including atleast 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role. 5年以上现场服务经验，其中至少2年担任团队领导或主管职务。
