职位介绍: 1. Lead the mechanical design and engineeringdevelopment of our Al hardware products. Ownthe end-to-end mechanical engineering processfrom concept development through massproduction. Drive key decisions related tomaterials selection, mechanical architecture,tooling, and manufacturing processes. 2. Work closely with Industrial Design, ElectricalEngineering, Product, and Supply Chain teamsthroughout the product development lifecycle.Collaborate with OEM/ODM partners to optimizeproduct designs for manufacturability, quality,and scalability. Work directly with toolingvendors, mechanical suppliers, and contractmanufacturers to ensure successful productexecution. 3. Identify and resolve structural, assembly, andmanufacturing challenges during productdevelopment. Drive engineering solutions thatimprove product performance, reliability,manufacturability, and production efficiency. 4. Establish mechanical design standards,engineering best practices, and developmentworkflows. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing mechanical engineering team tosupport future product innovation and growth. Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree or above in MechanicalEngineering, Industrial Design, or a related field,with 10+ years of experience in mechanicalengineering. 2. Deep understanding of Al hardware, consumerelectronics, wearable devices, or other highlyintegrated hardware products. 3. Strong expertise in: * Mechanical design and product architecture;* Materials engineering and manufacturingprocesses;Tooling design and development;* Product assembly, NPI, and mass production. 4. Familiarity with consumer electronics productdevelopment cycles, including EVT, DVT, and PVTphases. 5. Proven experience working within OEM/ODMmanufacturing ecosystems, with strong projectexecution and cross-functional collaborationcapabilities. 6. Excellent verbal and written Englishcommunication skills, with the ability tocollaborate effectively with international teamsand global manufacturing partners.
