职位介绍: Purpose Advise and co-ordinate legal matters in order to maximise and protect the interests of Syngenta Group Co., Ltd. and be a legal support of Syngenta Group corporate governance issues. Manage the legal conduct of various issues relating to SSE listing rules, assist in board documents, disclosure and related parties issues. Work closely with finance team on bank loan facility, intercompany financing issues. To be a member of the Legal Department, providing strategic, pro-active and in-depth legal and compliance advice to contribute to delivering business strategic agenda, with a focus on value creation, value protection and value capture Support the Syngenta Group legal head in contributing to the delivery of the strategic objectives of the Syngenta Group Ensure so far as practicable that all activities of Syngenta are undertaken in accordance with relevant laws and the legal standards prescribed by the Syngenta Code of Conduct and other policies Liaise and partner with Syngenta’s business colleagues from different BUs and coordinate various legal matters overlapping different Bus Accountabilities Provide efficient and effective legal support to all kinds of corporate governance related topics and projects, in particular the governance of listed companies, SOEs and multinational companies Support in deploying and implementing legal projects as member of the designated project teams, especially the financing projects including facilities, perpetual bonds and etc. Support M&A projects carried out by headquarters as well as the member entities Support the Lead Counsel and other members of the Legal function in contributing to the delivery of the company strategy Develop and continuously improve knowledge and expertise in key areas of law that are central to the attainment of the objectives and strategy of Syngenta Key interactions/relationship with other positions: at all levels of seniority within Syngenta; internal and external lawyers; other
