Powered by a portfolio of trusted science-backed brands, the organization continues to drive innovation, deep consumer engagement, and channel expansion, sustaining its leadership across categories. ________________________________________ Job Overview This role leads the Adult Nutrition business unit and is fully accountable for its P&L, omni-channel strategy, and growth. Overseeing a 150+ member cross-functional team, you will drive performance across eCommerce (Tmall/JD/Douyin), brand marketing, trade marketing, and sales to sustain category leadership and accelerate market expansion. ________________________________________ Responsibilities  P&L & Strategic Leadership — Own full P&L for the Adult Nutrition BU; develop and execute mid to long term business strategies to drive top line growth while protecting margins across all channels.  Omni Channel Growth — Lead eCommerce (Tmall/JD/Douyin) as the core channel (70%+ of business), and accelerate penetration in new retail and emerging channels.  Integrate Marketing & Sales — Align EC, brand marketing, trade marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistent category plans, maximize consumer reach, and improve ROI.  Team & Culture — Build a high performance, agile culture; upgrade talent, strengthen succession pipeline, and drive results in a fast paced, hands on environment.  Channel Expansion — Deepen platform partnerships (Tmall, JD, Douyin, social commerce), manage key accounts, and explore new distribution models to expand consumer coverage.  Innovation & Insights — Drive consumer centric product innovation and insights led marketing to capture emerging trends and stay ahead of competition.  Stakeholder Management — Align cross functional leaders, manage external partners, and engage global stakeholders in English. ________________________________________ Requirements  Bachelor‘s degree required; advanced degree preferred.  Proven track record of managing a 1B+ RMB eCommerce business at full P&L level, with demonstrated omni channel success.  Solid commercial/sales background essential; brand/marketing experience is a strong plus.  Industry preference: beauty, nutrition/consumer health, consumer electronics — must have eCommerce as the dominant channel (not traditional offline heavy).  Hands on, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to thrive in a fast paced, lean culture.  Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large, multi functional teams.  Strong working English proficiency (spoken and written) for global stakeholder communication.
