职位介绍: Responsibilities: Robotics / BESS Business Pursuit Manager, includes: oForming a 5 year strategic plan for growth and development to support Regional and Global objectives oIdentifying, evaluating, and creating new partnerships and business opportunities oNegotiating and finalizing new business and partnerships agreements to support business expansion and market penetration oUnderstanding of customer requirements and oversight of cross-functional teams to assure customer expectations and relationship is kept in high regard oProviding guidance and support during the quote, development, and execution phases to ensure pursuit commitments are achieved oDeveloping and achieving growth targets and specific customer pursuit strategies aligned to business development objectives oEffectively allocating resources to numerous simultaneous development initiatives while prioritizing projects and activities based on their profitable growth potential Must Haves (Basic Qualifications): •Established Industry connections at major Robotics and /or Battery Energy Storage System manufactures •Industry knowledge and understanding of major Robotics and /or Battery Energy Storage System manufactures •Minimum 5 years’ Sales experience in the relevant industry •Wiring harness application preferred but not mandatory •Self-starter, ability to manage multiple activities effectively with minimal oversight •Strong presentation and communication skills •Analytical capability and business acumen •High energy, a passion for success, the strong desire to win new contracts •Hunter mentality •Willingness to travel ~20% •Fluent in Manderin and English
