职位介绍: 1. IDENTIFICATION Business Title: Design Quality Engineer Area: Qingdao 2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES What it does/ How to / Aiming at Results  Design Source Quality Control (DFM/DFMEA): Actively participate in the initial stages of fan structural and aerodynamic design reviews. Lead the compilation of DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to identify potential defects in sheet metal stamping, injection molding, and electromechanical integration, mitigating design risks from the very beginning.  Formulation & Execution of Verification Plans (DVP&R): Responsible for developing the product-specific Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R). Comprehensively oversee and review fan aerodynamic performance (P-Q curves), NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness), rotor dynamic balancing, and fatigue life testing under harsh environments, ensuring prototype metrics are fully met.  Supplier & New Product Introduction Quality (APQP/PPAP): Collaborate with product development engineers to grant technical approval (OTS) for tools and molds of critical fan components (e.g., impellers, motors, main shafts). Control the quality gates during pilot runs (Beta/Pilot) to ensure a smooth transition to mass production (SOP).  Defect Closed-Loop & Lifecycle Management: In response to structural or functional failures exposed during testing, trial production, or early customer complaints (such as abnormal noise, blade cracking, or motor overheating), lead the Failure Analysis (FA). Utilize 8D and Fishbone diagrams to drive continuous, closed-loop improvements in design and manufacturing processes. 3. 1. REQUIREMENTS  Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Machinery, Automation, Quality Management, or related disciplines. 3 to 5+ years of experience in R&D or design quality management for electromechanical or fan products (e.g., cooling fans, blowers).  Quality Core Skills: Proficient in the Core Quality Tools, with the ability to independently lead APQP and PPAP processes, and compile DFMEA and DVP&R. Master of 8D, Fishbone diagrams, 5Why, and other failure analysis tools, with a strong track record in closed-loop problem-solving.  Fan Technical Expertise: Familiar with fan-specific testing standards, including P-Q curves (airflow/pressure), NVH (noise, vibration), and dynamic balancing. Solid understanding of sheet metal stamping and plastic injection molding processes, along with their associated defects. Basic knowledge of electric motors (BLDC/PMSM) and controllers regarding electrical safety and thermal management.  Competencies: Strong capability in blueprint reading and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) reviews. Excellent cross-functional communication and driving skills; highly principled with the ability to maintain quality baselines when project timelines conflict with quality standards. 4. LANGUAGE SKILLS Minimum requirement: CET -4, READ AND WRITE Desirable: Good write and read English
