职位介绍: Key Responsibilities Lead manufacturing process development for smart wearable device components, with a focus on mechanical parts and supplier-side production processes. Drive NPI readiness across Prototype, EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP stages, ensuring suppliers are ready for stable build execution and production ramp. Review product designs for manufacturability, tolerance, yield, reliability, cost, and scalability, especially for mechanical components and precision parts. Work closely with upstream suppliers to define and improve process flow, equipment, fixtures, tooling, inspection methods, and qualification plans. Lead process development and validation for CNC, precision metal parts, surface finishing, PVD/anodizing, polishing, injection molding, insert molding, mold/tooling, welding, bonding, adhesives, sealing, battery-related mechanical integration, charging contacts, FPC integration, and final product-level assembly interfaces. Evaluate supplier process capability, engineering support, equipment readiness, quality systems, cost drivers, yield performance, and mass production readiness. Use data, DOE, SPC, GD&T, tolerance analysis, process capability, and yield analysis to support engineering decisions and process improvement. Lead issue resolution at supplier sites during development builds and production ramp, especially for mechanical process issues, yield loss, cosmetic defects, dimensional variation, assembly fit, and reliability-related failures. Define CTQ items, inspection criteria, control plans, process validation requirements, and production quality gates. Partner with Quality teams to drive IQC, IPQC, OQC, ORT, FAI, FA/8D, reliability validation, and supplier quality improvement. Work with suppliers to improve production process, manufacturing yield, quality control, process stability, and product consistency. Identify manufacturing cost drivers and support cost reduction through process optimization, tooling/fixture improvement, yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and defect reduction. Maintain process documentation, DFM reports, supplier build readiness checklists, fixture/tooling lists, issue trackers, validation reports, and manufacturing risk registers. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with EVT/DVT/PVT, supplier process development, tooling, fixtures, yield improvement, quality improvement, and mass production ramp. Strong experience in mechanical manufacturing processes such as CNC, precision metal parts, PVD/anodizing, polishing, injection molding, insert molding, mold/tooling, welding, bonding, adhesives, sealing, or complex mechanical assembly. Good understanding of production quality control, including IQC, IPQC, OQC, CTQ definition, control plans, process validation, yield analysis, FAI, FA/8D, and reliability validation. Experience working directly with upstream suppliers on process development, equipment qualification, tooling readiness, inspection methods, line readiness, and issue resolution. Solid understanding of DOE, GD&D/GD&T, SPC, tolerance analysis, process capability, yield analysis, and manufacturing risk assessment. Familiarity with SMT, FPC/PCBA assembly, optical assembly, battery integration, charging contacts, or final assembly is a plus, but not the core focus. Experience with smart wearable devices, consumer electronics, precision mechanical components, or high-volume consumer hardware products is preferred.
