职位介绍: APAC IFRS Accounting and Treasury matters Oversee IFRS accounting matters for the entities in China, Australia, Thailand, Singapore, Japan and Korea. Support the entities in IFRS accounting matters such as queries on accounting treatment, system handling etc.. Support the implementation of relevant IFRS changes within the region in coordination with group finance. Ensure external audits are planned and performed in compliance with group timeline and reporting requirement. Cash flow management Review Cash flow forecast. Coordinate with group treasury with regard to dividend arrangement, intercompany loans and other cash flow management measures. APAC Finance Related Processes and Internal Control Review Support entities to align and standardize finance related processes. Plan and conduct internal control reviews to ensure entities are in compliance with group’s Good Practice Control guideline. Financial Accounting and Reporting – Entity Level Responsible for day-to-day operational financial accounting, internal control and fiscal/statutory compliance for the regional holding company in Singapore and sales offices in Korea and Japan. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. Manage the reporting and planning cycle and the analysis thereof. This includes month-end, year-end, budgets and any ad-hoc reporting as required. Liaise with internal/external auditor to ensure delivery of a smooth annual fiscal audit with no surprises and follow up with or reconcile necessary audit adjustments. Understand the impact and communicate implications of new accounting standards with relevant parties. Implement and ensure compliance of new accounting standards. Ensure all related tax and statutory filings are timely and accurately completed. Ensure delivery of global reporting requirements. Act as local liaison on financial matters with third parties such as auditors, bankers, lawyers or tax authorities. 收起 任职条件 Education and/or Experience: Degree in accounting, finance or professional accounting qualification (CPA preferred). At least 5 years relevant experience in big local firms, MNCs or Audit firms. Good English communication skill Good understanding of IFRS Experience in managing reporting cycles such as month end, year-end, forecast and budget Good understanding of finance processes and internal controls Strong Excel spreadsheet skills, working knowledge in Power BI. Working knowledge in Consolidation system, Microsoft D365 is an advantage. Other Skills and Abilities: An independent self-starter who can deliver within tight deadlines requiring minimal guidance. A confident and effective communicator with good interpersonal skills. Ability to respond promptly and effectively to pressures within a dynamic commercial environment Good problem-solving skills. Desire to learn and drive changes.
