职位介绍: 职位目的 Purpose of the position Prepare Qingdao and Huaibei plant budget and cost controls and do financial analysis, & financial reports, recommends changes to improve systems and financial performance, Improves company’s internal procedures to be in line with group guideline, reconcile PRC regulation and Orion group’s guideline , execute an effective financing structure as well as tax optimization for the company level 负责青岛和淮北公司的预算编制及成本控制,进行财务分析及报告, 对系统及财务业绩表现提供改善建议,改善公司内部程序以符合总部指引, 确保财务实践符合中国法律法规及欧励隆集团的指引, 在公司层面执行有效的财务结构和税务优化主要职责 Key duties/ Responsibilities 1.指导预算及成本控制Directs budget and cost controls 2.进行财务分析Financial analysis 3.指导会计帐务实践Directs accounting practice 4.指导财务报告编制Directs financial reports 5.解析财务数据Interprets financial data 6.对系统及财务业绩表现提供改善建议 Recommends changes to improve systems and financial performance 7.改善公司内部程序以符合总部指引 Improves company’s internal procedures to be in line with group guideline 8.遵从中国法律法规及欧励隆集团指引 Reconcile PRC regulation and Orion group’s guideline 9.执行有效的财务结构Execute an effective financing structure 10.在公司层面进行税务优化Tax optimization for the company level 11.根据《关于环境保护、安全、健康和质量的责任委托书》承担履行相关ESHQ责任和义务。 Take the responsibility of relevant ESHQ according to Delegation of Responsibilities of Environmental Protection, Safety, Health and Quality. 12.负责领域内相关工作的持续改进及纠正预防措的制定、跟进与执行 Be responsible for function area related continuous improvement and corrective actions plan, follow up and execution. 13.上司安排的任何其他工作。 Any ad hoc assignment from the superior 专业知识/技能 Technical Knowledge/skills 具备良好的中国GAAP及US GAAP知识 Good knowledge on PRC GAAP and US GAAP. 与总部会计税务及外部审计的良好沟通Good communication with corporate accounting and tax department, as well as external auditor. 良好的领导力,保持高效的财务团队Good leadership to maintain an efficient financial team 良好的英语口语及书面的理解力Good English comprehension in oral and writing 解决问题与其他部门合作达成公司目标的能力Have ability to find solution on difficulties during the work or work with other departments to achieve company’s goal. 及时向总部提交报告Meet the reporting deadline of Group. 与当地税部门的良好沟通Smooth communication with local tax authority 团队资源管理 Team and resource management 良好的中国GAAP和US GAAP知识及相关专业知识 Good knowledge on PRC GAAP and US GAAP and other relevant professional knowledge. 与内外团队良好的沟通技巧Good communication skill with internal and external team 及时更新专业知识Timely improve the updated professional knowledge
