职位介绍: The Mission: Drive Sheetmetal Sales and Market Share This role is critical for growth. The Industrie China is looking for an aggressive and effective Area Sales Manager to sell our CNC sheetmetal machinery in China and significantly grow our market share. Key Success Goals: Immediate Sales: Achieve €2 million EUR in annual sales by the end of your first year. Rapid Growth: Grow your area sales volume by 20% year-over-year. Key Responsibilities 1. Aggressive Selling: Personally find new customers, manage key accounts, and meet ambitious sales targets. 2. Market Penetration: Execute a strategy to capture more market share for our sheetmetal machines (for data centers, HVAC, etc.). 3. Reporting: Work closely with the China Sales Director to report sales, forecasts, and progress 4. Customer Focus: Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers Candidate Profile (The High-Performer We Seek) Experience & Background 1. You must be a Chinese national with experience in the local industrial machinery market (sheetmetal or CNC equipment). 2. Proven track record as a successful Area Sales Manager or equivalent at a competitor in the Chinese market. Experience from related industries companies is preferred. 3. Experience growing sales quickly in a competitive market. Required Skills 4. Aggressiveness: You must act quickly, be persistent, and forcefully capture market share. 5. High Standards: You expect the best results from yourself and others. 6. Calmness: You must stay stable and focused when facing tough targets and competition. 7.
