职位介绍: 国家经理（印尼地区）岗位职责 1. 根据北京总部战略方针和计划，制定符合印尼当地市场的品牌发展战略，了解行业动态，促进品牌的规模化成长； 2. 组织公司年度和月度销售及经营计划的编制和实施，对子公司的整体经营状况负责； 3. 组织开展印尼直营门店、机器人商店、KA渠道、电商及其他业务的规划、开发及管理； 4. 组织开展品牌推广及建设，不断建立品牌在印尼市场的知名度； 5. 建立和完善子公司及部门相关流程、搭建组织架构、用人制度等； 6. 负责倡导公司的企业文化及相应的经营理念，塑造良好的企业形象； 7. 负责代表企业对外的相关业务处理，并组织开展相关公关活动； 8. 深刻理解总部的战略方向，负责子公司对总部的汇报工作，定期展示及分析公司的经营状况和执行计划。岗位要求 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，10年以上工作经验，其中3年以上零售连锁企业团队管理经验，熟悉印尼玩具市场，具备清晰的战略思维与逻辑分析能力； 2. 在印尼百货和商场拥有广泛零售渠道资源的优先； 3. 熟悉印尼当地业务运营及风险控制，具备系统的经营管理知识； 4. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力与缜密的思维，良好的道德品质与职业操守； 5. 必须具备很强的跨文化理解与沟通能力，印尼语、中文、英语均能作为工作语言。 Country Manager (Indonesia) Job Responsibilities 1. Formulate local branding strategies for the Indonesian market in accordance with the strategic guidelines and plans from the headquarters in Beijing; understand industry trends to foster the brand's scalable growth. 2. Organize the creation and implementation of annual and monthly sales and business plans and be responsible for the overall management of the subsidiary's operations. 3. Plan, develop, and manage Indonesia's direct stores, robot shops, KA channels, e-commerce, and other business initiatives. 4. Conduct brand promotion and establishment efforts, continuously increasing the brand's visibility in the Indonesian market. 5. Establish and refine the subsidiary and departmental processes, organizational structures, employment systems, etc. 6. Advocate for the company's corporate culture and business philosophies to shape a positive corporate image. 7. Manage external business affairs for the enterprise and organize public relations activities. 8. Have a deep understanding of the headquarters' strategic direction. Responsible for reporting to the headquarters regarding the subsidiary's business status and execution of plans regularly. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or above; 10+ years of work experience, with at least 3 years in team management roles within retail chain enterprises; familiarity with the Indonesian toy market and strong strategic thinking and logical analysis skills. 2. Preference for candidates with extensive retail resources in Indonesian department stores and malls. 3. Familiarity with local business operations, risk control, and systematic management knowledge. 4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, meticulous thinking, and high ethical standards and professional integrity. 5. Must possess strong cross-cultural understanding and communication capabilities. Proficiency in Indonesian, Chinese, and English as working languages.
