职位介绍: Responsibilities Lead sales strategy and execution for Automotive, Micro-Mobility, Positioning, and Telematics/Tracker module markets in China Build, grow, and manage relationships with key OEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers, and ecosystem partners Drive business development activities including pipeline management, demand creation, and overall revenue growth Own and strengthen the design-in/win funnel; manage forecasts, order intake, and revenue targets Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and MBO goals consistently Collaborate with customers on specific product development needs and strategic application roadmaps Manage, mentor, and support channel partners to maximize sales effectiveness Provide market insights and product requirements to internal BU and engineering teams to drive product enhancements Ensure high customer satisfaction through responsive, solution-oriented service Work cross-functionally with FAEs, BU, and R&D teams to deliver seamless customer support Build trusted, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, EE, CS, or related field . 6+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, with at least 4 years in Automotive sales Deep knowledge of the China automotive ecosystem; proven track record in cockpit, ADAS, ESC, or BMS application segments Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales quotas and drive significant revenue growth Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities; detail-oriented and self-motivated Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and verbal), with strong listening abilities Customer-first mindset with a friendly, energetic, and persuasive personality
