职位介绍: or our location in Suzhou we are looking for a SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER (FT) Are you ready for the next step in your career? Tecnotion, the market leader in direct drive motors, is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for proactively identifying new sales opportunities and driving the development of new business relationships in Eastern China. You will provide technical application support and assist customers in selecting the appropriate motors based on their specific needs. Additionally, you will play a key role in resolving customer complaints to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. Skills & knowledge ■Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. ■Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mechanical, or related fields. ■Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively. ■Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ■Technical sales background is a plus. ■Basic knowledge and experience in motion control product sales. ■Proven experience with direct drive products (e.g., linear motors and torque motors) is preferred. ■Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both colleagues and customers. Job requirements ■Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience. ■Experience working with CRM systems is a plus. ■Background in large or medium-sized enterprises is preferred. ■Technicians with experience in direct drive motor controller tuning are welcome to apply. For almost 30 years, our motors have been used for semiconductors, machine tools, robotics and automation, science, and display applications. With 425 colleagues worldwide, of which about 125 employees in Suzhou, we have unique knowledge in-house and manage the complete process, from product development to series production.
