职位介绍: 希望有家电、冰箱、洗衣机、烘干机、厨电、压缩机方向的产品经验主要负责从产品设计开发-量产导入阶段的质量管理 Responsibility of the job holder: The QPL (Quality Project Leader) is responsible for achieving the target product field quality (Field Call Rate), for implementing a Product Quality Management Process and for providing early indicators for product quality). He/she covers the whole product life cycle and relating to all functional disciplines (MKT, development, production, purchasing, sales and customer care) and this until formal transfer of the product to the Quality Maintenance organization at the end of the project. Include but not limit • Translate requirements into CTQ’s and manage the CTQ flow down • Validate the CTQ’s through efficient test plans and use of statistical tools (where applicable) • Manage risks through all design phases • Prevent incidents by ensuring robust design • Drive safe launch/field tests (up to beta testing) with active customer involvement • Ensure the quality of milestone decisions and escalates when quality of the product/service is at risk • Close feedback loops from customer complaints by embedding the learnings into new design rules, QTP’s, FMEA’s. Main tasks of the job holder: Define and drive execution of the Project Quality plan (in close cooperation with marketing, development, purchasing and industry), at least covering these aspects: • Targets: Define quality targets for the consumer. Predict the expected quality performance and define action plans accordingly. Regularly update predictions and actions, depending on knowledge gained or changes made to the design. • Suppliers: Ensure the early and active involvement of suppliers during the whole product lifecycle. Apply a structured method to ensure that definitions and deliverables are available on time. Perform quality audits where required. • Product risk Management: Identify risks for product quality as early as possible, using structured methods & tools for risk management (DFMEA) . Ensure proper follow-up to verify risks and solutions. Ensure that a defined risk level is reached before passing a certain milestone. • CTQ's: Manage the parameters that are Critical- To -Quality for the product, initially defined at system level and later also at lower design levels (CTQ flow down / V-model). Ensure that parameters are measurable and have defined warning levels and specification limits. • Robust Design: During development, ensure that the product design is not sensitive to variations in material, components, environment- or user-conditions. Investigate and minimize this sensitivity (using numerical simulations where possible). Perform practical development tests to verify this. • Quality test plan: Prepare and execute Quality Test Plan on product verification and validation. Ensure that sufficient samples are used, representing the future variations in design, supply, manufacturing and user conditions. Interpret test results carefully and link these to the management of risks and CTQ’s • Industry: Agree on quality control plan during manufacturing. Supply the agreed deliverables such as test & alignment instructions and CTQ measurement definitions, warning limits and specification limits. • Consumer test: Prepare and supply products for use at home by consumers. • After-sales service: Organise regular reporting on field quality (complaints & returns), initial analysis of field returns and escalation of product quality issues to CLS when needed. Report regularly on progress, results and bottlenecks to all relevant stakeholders. Advise the project leader on milestone decisions. Escalate to management when needed. Basic requirements : • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering specialized in Electronic, Electrical, Material Science , Fluid Mechanics or equivalent experience • Fluent in oral and written English • At least 5 years’ experience in product development or quality • Several years of hands-on experience in product development quality with good knowledge of design quality tools, reliability design/test experience will be nice. • Experienced in Quality Assurance methods and tools (DfSS, Green Belt level) • Demonstrated ability to influence a project team Technical competences : • Relevant technologies to home appliance product category concerned. • Product Quality Management. Willing to short-term business trip
