职位介绍: Key Responsibilities Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on the definition and execution of global and local policy and change initiatives and understand the impacts of the chages planned; Provide a talent development strategy based on people competence that promotes the Company’s learning culture that meets the needs of the Company’s strategic plan and long-term goals; Lead and advise on talent management practices within assigned business unit related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning,leadership development,employee development,career and succession planning and talent mobility,approving job requisitions; Formulate and establish the talent development plan for employees, particularly follow-up the concrete action plan for identified key talents; Works with the global TD/LD team to leverage common and core learning resources, and develop companywide management based on talents development and business growth needs; Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence; Responsible for designing employee development roadmap aligned with the succession plan and assisting in conducting annual performance review. Provides insights, recommendations and guidance on how to change perspectives as a result of organisational (pulse) survey feedback. Key Requirements and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines, with a postgraduate degree preferred; • 15+ years of relevant talent & development management experience working with multinational companies in retail or FMCG industries; • Ability to develop strong partnerships with function leaders; • Strong consultation and client service skills with the ability to facilitate insights, influence leaders at all levels and guide talent decisions throughout the business. • Ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders, including experience working closely with colleagues with varying perspectives and across multiple sites and geographies. • Ability to think strategically to create/source solutions that are aligned with business objectives and aimed at enhancing the employee experience; • Strong ability in organizing and prioritizing projects under stress; • Good command of both written and spoken English; Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills; • Positive and proactive attitude; Passion for learning; • Experience in the Retail/FMCG/Consumer industry would be a plus.
