职位介绍: 职责描述： 1. 负责公司数字化转型项目的推进与落地实施，确保项目按期、按质完成。 Be responsible for the promotion and implementation of the company's digital transformation projects to ensure their timely and quality of their company’s digital transformation. 2. 深入业务部门调研需求，梳理业务流程，识别数字化改进机会并形成解决方案。 Conduct in-depth research in business departments to investigate demands, sort out business processes, identify opportunities for digital improvement and form solutions. 3. 负责数字化系统的实施、部署及应用推广。 Be responsible for the implementation, deployment and application promotion of digital systems. 4. 协调业务部门、IT 团队及外部供应商，推动项目各阶段任务执行。 Coordinate business departments, IT teams and external suppliers to promote the execution of tasks at each stage of the project. 5. 负责项目进度、风险、质量及成本管理，定期输出项目状态报告。 Be responsible for project progress, risk, quality and cost management, and regularly output project status reports. 6. 编写项目相关文档，包括需求文档、流程图、实施方案、培训材料和验收报告等。 Prepare project-related documents, including requirement documents, flowcharts, implementation plans, training materials and acceptance reports, etc. 7. 组织用户培训及系统上线后的运维支持，提高系统使用率和业务满意度。 Organize user training and provide operation and maintenance support after the system goes online to enhance system utilization and business satisfaction. 8. 收集项目运行数据，跟踪应用效果，持续优化业务流程和数字化应用场景。 Collect project operation data, track application effects, and continuously optimize business processes and digital application scenarios. 9. 推动数据标准化建设，协助业务部门建立数字化管理体系。 Promote the construction of data standardization and assist business departments in establishing a digital management system. 10. 完成领导交办的其他数字化建设相关工作。 Complete other related work on digitalization construction assigned by the leader. 任职要求： 1. 重点大学本科及以上学历，工业工程、计算机科学、信息管理、自动化、机械制造等相关专业优先。 Bachelor's degree or above from key universities, majoring in industrial engineering, computer science, information management, automation, mechanical manufacturing or related fields is preferred. 2. 有3年以上数字化项目实施或信息化建设经验。 At least 3 years of experience in implementing digital projects or in information system construction. 3. 具备制造业、供应链、生产运营等领域项目经验者优先。 Those with project experience in manufacturing, supply chain, production operation and other related fields will be given priority. 4. 熟悉企业数字化转型相关系统： Be familiar with the systems related to enterprise digital transformation: a) ERP b) MES c) WMS d) PLM e) BI data analysis platform f) Big Data 5. 熟悉项目管理方法论（PMP、敏捷管理等）。 Familiar with project management methodologies (such as PMP, agile management, etc.). 6. 能够独立进行需求分析、流程梳理和方案设计。 Be capable of independently conducting requirement analysis, process sorting and solution design. 7. 具备数据库知识，熟悉 SQL 查询及数据分析。 Possess database knowledge and be familiar with SQL query and data analysis. 8. 能阅读系统接口文档，理解业务流程与系统逻辑。 Be able to read the system interface documentation and understand the business process and system logic. 9. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力和跨部门推动能力。 Possess excellent communication and coordination skills as well as cross-departmental promotion capabilities. 10. 具备较强的问题分析与解决能力。 Possess strong ability to analyze and solve problems. 11. 责任心强，能够承受项目推进压力。 Strong sense of responsibility and able to withstand the pressure of project advancement. 12. 具备良好的文档编写及汇报能力。 Possess excellent document writing and presentation skills. 13. 良好的英语听说读写能力。 Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. 14. 有制造业 500 人以上规模企业数字化项目经验。 Have experience in digital projects for manufacturing enterprises with over 500 employees.
