职位介绍: Responsibilities: o Forming a 5 year strategic plan for growth and development to support Regional and Global objectives o Identifying, evaluating, and creating new partnerships and business opportunities o Negotiating and finalizing new business and partnerships agreements to support business expansion and market penetration o Understanding of customer requirements and oversight of cross-functional teams to assure customer expectations and relationship is kept in high regard o Providing guidance and support during the quote, development, and execution phases to ensure pursuit commitments are achieved o Developing and achieving growth targets and specific customer pursuit strategies aligned to business development objectives o Effectively allocating resources to numerous simultaneous development initiatives while prioritizing projects and activities based on their profitable growth potential Requirements: • Established Industry connections at major Heavy Medium Duty Vehicle manufactures • Industry knowledge and understanding of major Heavy Medium Duty Vehicle manufactures • Minimum 5 years’ Sales experience in the relevant industry • Wiring harness application preferred but not mandatory • Self-starter, ability to manage multiple activities effectively with minimal oversight • Strong presentation and communication skills • Analytical capability and business acumen • High energy, a passion for success, the strong desire to win new contracts • Hunter mentality • Willingness to travel ~20% • Fluent in Mandarin and English
