Core responsibilities cover system-level electrical calculations (short-circuit current, protection coordination, arc flash evaluation), component selection, technical specification drafting, and factory acceptance testing & validation. You will integrate standardized components into complete power systems that meet North American market access requirements through system integration design. ⭕️Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering. Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in medium-voltage switchgear engineering, application design or power system manufacturing. Standard Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of US medium-voltage standards including NEC, ANSI/IEEE, UL and NEMA. Technical Competencies: Solid fundamentals of power distribution principles, insulation coordination, busbar sizing and protective relay logic. Communication Skills: Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese, enabling efficient cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams based in China and the US.
