职位介绍: We are seeking a tech lead to lead the architecture, engineering, and continuous evolution of our global market data platform. This is a high-impact technical leadership role where you will define system architecture, elevate engineering standards, and mentor a high-performing team. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in market microstructure with strong end-to-end systems engineering capabilities. Crucially, you will act as a pioneer in AI-native engineering—demonstrating exceptional ability to leverage LLMs and modern tooling to solve complex problems, automate issue diagnosis, and embed intelligent quality feedback loops into our data workflows. Key Responsibilities - Architect and lead the end-to-end development of the firm's market data platform, ensuring robust system design, massive scalability, and high-performance data delivery. - Define and enforce the engineering framework for market data systems by establishing rigorous standards for code quality, testing methodologies, advanced observability, and operational excellence. - Provide hands-on technical leadership to the engineering team through critical architectural decision-making, in-depth code reviews, execution management, and the resolution of complex distributed systems bottlenecks. - Pioneer AI-native engineering practices across the team, actively leveraging LLMs to solve difficult technical challenges, accelerate development workflows, and build automated quality feedback loops into data pipelines. - Deep dive into market microstructure and data behavior, conducting advanced research on data anomalies and quality issues to translate quantitative findings into tangible platform enhancements. - Partner closely with quantitative researchers, business development, and external data clients to understand strategic requirements, gather technical feedback, and continuously elevate the platform's data capabilities and overall service quality. Requirements - Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics. - Over 5 years of hands-on experience in market data processing or market data engineering within quantitative trading, financial technology, or a related industry. - Strong proficiency in C++ or Rust, with proven experience building production-grade systems and high-performance engineering tools. - Demonstrated strength in AI-native engineering, with exceptional ability to use LLMs and related tools to improve development efficiency and solve complex technical problems. - Strong end-to-end engineering capability, including architecture design, implementation, optimization, debugging, and production support. - Strong research and analytical capability, with excellent problem-solving skills, innovation, ownership, and cross-functional communication.
