职位介绍: 全面负责工厂生产管理、质量控制、成本控制、设备管理、安全管理、部门员工管理以及沟通协调等等工作。 Fully responsible for factory production management, quality control, cost control, equipment management, safety management, department staff management, as well as communication and coordination, etc. 1．全面负责工厂的生产运营，制定并执行生产和产能计划，确保生产任务按时完成。 Be fully responsible for the production and operation of the factory, formulate and implement production and capacity plans, and ensure that production tasks are completed on time. 2．监控生产流程，优化生产布局，提高生产效率，降低生产成本。 Monitor the production process, optimize the production layout, enhance production efficiency and reduce production costs. 3．定期组织产品质量检查，及时发现并解决质量问题，确保产品质量符合公司及客户标准。 Organize regular product quality inspections, promptly identify and solve quality issues, and ensure that product quality meets the company's and customer standards. 4．制定并执行控制策略，包括能源消耗、人力成本等方面的控制，并通过持续改进和创新，降低生产成本，提高企业经济效益。 Formulate and implement control strategies, including energy consumption, labor costs, etc., and Through continuous improvement and innovation, production costs can be reduced and the economic benefits of enterprises can be enhanced. 5．负责工厂设备的选型、购置、安装、调试和维护工作，确保设备正常运行。 Be responsible for the selection, purchase, installation, commissioning and maintenance of factory equipment to ensure its normal operation. 6．参与制定并执行安全生产规章制度，确保工厂安全生产无事故。并定期组织安全培训和演练，提高员工的安全意识和应急处理能力。 Participate in formulating and implementing safety production regulations and systems to ensure that there are no accidents in the factory's safety production. And regularly organize safety training and drills to enhance employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities. 7．负责部门员工的管理、考核、培训等工作，提高员工整体素质，及关心员工生活和工作状况，营造积极向上的工作氛围。 Be responsible for the management, assessment, training and other work of the department staff, improve the overall quality of the staff, care about the living and working conditions of the staff, and create a positive and upward working atmosphere. 8．与相关部门等保持良好的沟通协调关系，确保生产计划的顺利实施。 Maintain good communication and coordination with relevant departments and others to ensure the smooth implementation of the production plan. 9．编制相关报表，定期向上级汇报工厂运作情况，包括生产进度、质量控制、成本控制等方面。 Prepare relevant reports and regularly inform superiors of the factory's operation status, including production progress, quality control, cost control, and other aspects. 10．参与制定工厂的长期发展战略和年度经营计划，在重大问题上，如生产管理、设备更新、投资决策等，提供决策建议并参与决策过程。 Participate in formulating the long-term development strategy and annual business plan of the factory. On major issues such as production management, equipment renewal, and investment decisions, provide decision-making suggestions and participate in the decision-making process. 1．具备良好的计划、组织、领导、控制、沟通协调能力,制定产能计划以及团队建设能力，能够独当一面，带领团队高效完成工作。 Possessing excellent planning, organizing, leading, controlling, communicating and coordinating skills, capacity planning as well as team-building abilities, one can handle tasks independently and lead the team to complete work efficiently. 2．熟练掌握Word、Excel、PPT、Solidworks等办公软件，能够进行日常办公和数据分析。 Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel and PPT, Solidworks capable of conducting daily office work and data analysis. 3．有道具及展柜行业的从业经验； Have working experience in the prop and display cabinet industry; 4．熟悉所在行业的法律法规和标准规范，确保工厂运营合法合规; Be familiar with the laws, regulations and standard norms of the industry to ensure that the factory operates legally and in compliance.
