职位介绍: Key Responsibilities Retail Strategy & Performance Develop and execute the overall retail strategy aligned with brand and business objectives Drive sales growth, profitability, and KPI performance across all stores Analyze retail performance metrics and implement action plans to optimize results Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for the retail function Retail Operations Oversee daily retail operations to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency Establish and optimize SOPs across stores Ensure high standards in VM, customer service, stock management, and compliance Collaborate with supply chain and merchandising to ensure optimal inventory flow Training & Team Development Build and lead a high-performing retail team Design and implement structured training programs for store managers and frontline staff Develop succession planning and talent development initiatives Foster a strong customer-centric and performance-driven culture Business Development Identify and evaluate new store expansion opportunities Lead lease negotiations and store opening projects Explore partnerships, pop-ups, and alternative retail channels Support omni-channel integration and retail innovation initiatives Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field 8–12+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably within lifestyle / fashion / premium consumer brands Proven track record of driving retail growth and managing multi-store operations Strong leadership, coaching, and people development capability Solid understanding of retail KPIs, budgeting, and P&L management Experience in retail expansion and store development is highly preferred Strategic thinker with strong execution ability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
