职位介绍: Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Business Growth Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with company objectives Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability Define annual sales targets and business plans across all channels Identify new market opportunities and growth initiatives Channel Management Oversee multi-channel sales operations including wholesale, distributors, key accounts, specialty stores, and direct-to-consumer (if applicable) Build and manage relationships with key retail partners and distributors Optimize channel structure and improve sell-through performance Lead seasonal sales planning and order forecasting Team Leadership & Organization Development Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team Set clear KPIs and performance management systems Develop succession planning and talent growth within the sales function Foster a results-driven and collaborative culture Business Planning & Forecasting Lead annual budgeting and sales forecasting processes Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets Ensure effective inventory planning and demand forecasting Collaborate closely with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams Market Intelligence & Brand Positioning Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights Ensure brand positioning is clearly communicated through sales channels Provide strategic input on product assortment and pricing strategy Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles Strong experience in sports, outdoor, or performance brands preferred Proven track record of managing multi-channel sales operations Strong business acumen with solid P&L management experience Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills Strategic mindset with strong execution capability Willingness to travel as required
