Title: Senior Quality Manager BU: High-Speed IO Work Location: Shenzhen, China Summary & Responsibilities: ·Develop, coach, train, and provide tools and project leadership to enable plants to achieve highest quality goals ·Manage global quality systems share point and records system. Establish quality data IT control structure. ·Ensure that the procedures and processes prescribed by the quality management system are in place and implemented. ·Take initiative to apply measures/regulations to key control areas to address critical quality events ·Participate with cross-functional teams to make improvements to products and processes ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to the customer ·Lead audits both internally and outside suppliers ·8D, Utilize statistical methods and root cause problem solving in analyzing quality issues and quality standards to ensure that appropriate root cause analysis and corrective action is taken internally and outside suppliers ·Ensure that supplier performance is routinely monitored, participate in annual supplier quality ranking
