职位介绍: 成立近9年+小核酸Biotech，聚焦CNS/罕见病/肿瘤疾病等新药研发。诚邀：药物化学SD/D；薪资不是1-2K, 面议啊！定位务实，汇报CTO，倾向base苏州。倾向人才：PhD+8年以上（SD）/5年以上（D）工业界经验，在生物偶联化学（连接子设计、蛋白质/肽标记）方面有扎实项目经验包括ADC或AOC,有成功支持管线从早期到临床阶段经验更佳。 We are seeking an innovative and experienced Director / Senior Director of Medicinal Chemistry to drive our chemistry efforts. This role moves beyond traditional medicinal chemistry to focus on nucleic acid hemistry and targeted delivery via conjugation. The successful candidate will lead the design of chemically modified saRNA and, strategically, the development of novel Antibody-Oligonucleotide Conjugates (AOCs) and other ligand-based delivery modalities to expand our therapeutic reach into extra-hepatic tissues. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Chemistry Strategy & Design (Oligonucleotides & Conjugates) (1)Lead the design and synthesis strategies for novel nucleic acid modifications (sugar, base, and backbone) to optimize the stability, potency, and metabolic profile of saRNA. (2)Spearhead the design of targeted delivery systems, with a specific strategic focus on bioconjugation technologies. (3)Drive the exploration of AOCs, designing novel linkers and conjugation chemistries to enable precise delivery of RNA payloads to specific tissues/cells. 2. R&D Leadership & Pipeline Advancement (1)Direct the medicinal chemistry team in executing complex synthesis projects, from modified monomers to complex oligonucleotide conjugates. (2)Collaborate with Biology and DMPK teams to establish robust Structure-Activity Relationships (SAR) for both the RNA payload and the delivery conjugate. (3)Manage candidate progression from Lead Optimization to Candidate Selection, ensuring chemical developability and scalability. 3. Innovation & IP (1)Identify and integrate cutting-edge technologies in bioconjugation and RNA modification. (2)Generate intellectual property (IP) by designing patentable chemical entities, linkers, and conjugate platforms; support patent filing. 4. External Management (1)Manage external CRO networks for synthesis, scale-up, and purification to ensure high-quality delivery of compounds and conjugates. QUALIFICATIONS: 1.Education: Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Chemical Biology, or a related field. 2.Experience: Director: 5+ years of relevant industry experience. Senior Director: 8+ years of relevant industry experience. 3.Technical Expertise: Required: Deep expertise in nucleic acid chemistry, including solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis and chemical modification. Required: Strong background in bioconjugation chemistry (linker design, protein/peptide labeling). Strong Plus: Direct experience with ADC (Antibody-Drug Conjugate) or AOC (Antibody-Oligonucleotide Conjugate) platforms is highly desirable. 4.Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading chemistry teams and driving projects in a biotech or pharma setting.
