职位介绍: 工作职责 Responsibilities 1. 靶点可药性评估与立项支持 Target Druggability Assessment & Program Initiation Support 从药物化学角度参与新靶点调研、可药性评估、竞争格局分析及项目立项判断，为项目立项提供化学可行性和成药性建议。 Participate in new target research, druggability assessment, competitive landscape analysis, and program initiation from a medicinal chemistry perspective, providing chemistry-driven feasibility and developability input. 参与专利、文献及已知化合物信息分析，评估潜在起始点、化学空间、可优化性及差异化机会。 Analyze patents, literature, and known chemical matter to assess potential starting points, chemical space, optimization potential, and opportunities for differentiation. 2. 化合物设计与优化 Compound Design & Optimization 参与苗头化合物发现与筛选策略设计，包括HTS、片段筛选、虚拟筛选、基于结构的药物设计等起始点获取策略。 Contribute to hit identification and screening strategy design, including HTS, fragment-based screening, virtual screening, and structure-based drug design approaches. 基于构效关系、生物活性、选择性、DMPK、理化性质及初步安全性数据，提出并迭代化合物优化建议，支持项目从hit identification向hit-to-lead和lead optimization推进。 Develop and iterate compound optimization recommendations based on SAR, potency, selectivity, DMPK, physicochemical properties, and early safety data, supporting program progression from hit identification toward hit-to-lead and lead optimization. 与CADD/AIDD、生物、DMPK及合成团队紧密协作，将结构信息、计算预测和实验数据转化为可执行的药化设计方案。 Work closely with CADD/AIDD, biology, DMPK, and synthetic chemistry teams to translate structural insights, computational predictions, and experimental data into actionable medicinal chemistry design ideas. 3. 项目执行与跨团队协作 Project Execution & Cross-functional Collaboration 参与项目计划制定、关键实验设计、化合物优先级排序和阶段性决策讨论，推动药化相关工作按计划执行。 Contribute to project planning, key experiment design, compound prioritization, and stage-gate decision discussions, helping drive medicinal chemistry activities according to project timelines. 与生物、药理、DMPK、计算及合成团队协作，整合多维度数据，形成清晰的设计假设、风险判断和下一步优化建议。 Collaborate with biology, pharmacology, DMPK, computational, and synthetic chemistry teams to integrate multidisciplinary data and generate clear design hypotheses, risk assessments, and next-step optimization recommendations. 在内部及对外合作项目中，支持药物化学相关内容的准备和汇报，包括化合物设计逻辑、SAR进展、关键风险及后续优化路径。 Support the preparation and presentation of medicinal chemistry updates for internal and external collaboration projects, including compound design rationale, SAR progress, key risks, and subsequent optimization strategies. 任职资格 Qualifications 1. 教育与专业背景 Education & Scientific Training 药物化学、有机化学、化学生物学或相关专业博士学历；博士或博士后阶段有药物化学、化合物设计或小分子药物发现相关研究经历者优先。 PhD in medicinal chemistry, organic chemistry, chemical biology, or a related discipline. Research experience in medicinal chemistry, compound design, or small-molecule drug discovery during PhD or postdoctoral training is preferred. 具备系统的有机合成和药物化学训练，理解构效关系、成药性优化、DMPK优化、选择性优化及安全性风险控制等药物发现核心原则。 Solid training in organic synthesis and medicinal chemistry, with a good understanding of core drug discovery principles including SAR, developability optimization, DMPK optimization, selectivity optimization, and safety risk mitigation. 2. 相关工作经验 Relevant Drug Discovery Experience 具备4年以上工业界小分子药物研发经验；有创新药公司、药企甲方研发团队或大型药企工作经验者优先。 Minimum 4 years of industry experience in small-molecule drug discovery. Experience in in-house R&D teams at innovative biotech or pharmaceutical companies, including large pharmaceutical companies, is preferred. 有中枢神经系统、代谢、炎症免疫、GPCR、离子转运体或其他难成药靶点项目经验者优先。 Experience in CNS, metabolic disease, immunology/inflammation, GPCRs, ion transporters, or other challenging drug discovery targets is preferred. 3. 沟通能力 Communication skills 具备良好的跨部门沟通、协作和项目推进能力，能够在多学科项目团队中高效工作。 Strong cross-functional communication, collaboration, and project execution skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project teams. 具备良好的英语能力，能够高效检索和阅读专业文献、分析英文专利，并支持与外部合作方的专业沟通和项目汇报。 Strong English proficiency, with the ability to efficiently search and read scientific literature, analyze English patents, and support professional communication and project updates with external collaborators.
