职位介绍: Essential responsibilities： 1.为公司各个职能部门提供日常法律支持，包括起草和审阅物流服务协议、经销协议、CSO 和 CRO 协议、供应和制造协议、租赁协议等。 Provide day-to-day legal support to various commercial functions, including drafting and reviewing logistic service agreements, distribution agreements, CSO and CRO agreements, supply and manufacturing agreements, tenant agreements etc. 2.及时向公司的不同业务单位和部门（包括 BD、销售、市场营销和 RA 等）提供法律建议和支持。 Provide timely legal advice and support to different business units and departments of the company, including BD, Sales, Marketing and RA etc. 3.协助评估和识别公司当前和拟议的营销策略、商业模式和交易的法律及合规风险，并提供可能的解决方案。 Assist with the evaluation and identifying legal and compliance risks of the company's current and proposed marketing strategies, business model and transactions and provide possible solution. 4.参与合规政策和流程建设，确保业务符合法律、法规，并制定和实施合规政策及程序。 Participate in compliance policies and process construction, ensure the business is compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and develop and implement compliance policies and procedures. 5.协助处理公司的争议解决、诉讼和仲裁事务。 Assist with dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration matters of the company. 6.管理日常文件备案、企业注册、许可证和证书的更新和续期。 Manage daily documents filing matters, corporate registrations, license & certificates updates and renewal. 7.支持其他不时分配的任务和项目。 Support other tasks and projects assigned from time to time Job requirements： 1.至少 4 年（含）以上的执业经验。 Minimum of 4 years (inclusive) post qualification experience 2.必须有律师事务所（红圈和外资所优先）经验，具备扎实的法律英语起草和法律研究技能。 Law firm (red circle and foreign firms preferred) experience is a must, with solid legal English drafting and legal research skills 3.有在医药或医疗器械行业的经验优先。 In-house experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry is preferred 4.与业务合作方面的扎实的能力，包括与技术和商务人员有效沟通的能力。 Strong capability in business partnering, including the ability to effectively communicate with technical and business people 5.能够在团队环境中以及独立工作时高效完成工作。 Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently 6.流利的英语和中文。 Fluent in both English and Chinese
