职位介绍: About the Role Join the company as a key technical leader driving system-level integration of precision measurement instruments. You will bridge cutting-edge optical engineering with scalable production—turning complex technical challenges into market-ready solutions. What You'll Do - Define system architecture and performance targets for spectrometers and color measurement instruments, translating product requirements into actionable subsystem specifications across optics, electronics, mechanics, and firmware. - Lead applied research, feasibility studies, and proof-of-concept investigations to eliminate critical technical uncertainties early in the development cycle. - Drive system trade-off analysis across performance, cost, and manufacturability, while owning risk identification and mitigation strategies at the system level. - Engineer and optimize optical subsystems including illumination, gratings, filters, detectors, and opto-mechanical integration. - Perform optical simulation, tolerance analysis, and stray light and noise evaluation to ensure robust system performance. - Develop and execute system validation strategies, integration testing, and production ramp readiness. - Support new product introduction and seamless transfer from feasibility to full-scale manufacturing. - Collaborate across Research, Hardware, Firmware, and Operations teams to drive successful product industrialization. - Document system decisions, specifications, technical trade-offs, and validation results to maintain technical clarity. - Provide technical guidance to junior engineers when applicable. What You Bring - B.S. or M.S. in Optical Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in optical or precision instrument development. - Demonstrated experience in system architecture definition and requirement decomposition. - Proven track record conducting exploratory development, feasibility studies, or proof-of-concept investigations. - Hands-on expertise designing and integrating optical components, detectors, and light sources; spectrometer experience is a strong plus. - Experience in system-level verification planning and execution. - Ability to model theoretical optical system performance and validate it through hands-on testing. - Experience supporting new product introduction and production transfer. - Proficiency with tools such as Zemax, MATLAB, Python, or SolidWorks is preferred. - Strong analytical mindset with system-level thinking capability. - Excellent documentation and cross-functional communication skills. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
