职位介绍: 有外企performance marketing经验，良好的数据敏感度、数据分析能力。英语流利。 Responsibilities:  Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple channels  Develop and manage the digital marketing budget  Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with market trends and shifts in the industry  Create campaigns, analyze their success, and optimize to continuously improve performance  Create and implement strategies to drive traffic, generate leads and conversions, and increase revenue  Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners  Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and retention  Track and report campaign performance, creating detailed reports for the senior management team Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field  3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing  Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid marketing campaigns  Experience with SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing  Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions  Excellent communication and project management skills  Spoken and written communication skills in English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese is a must  Experience with mainland China social media platforms is a plus  Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment  Hand-on experience with a proven record on Google Ads, GA4, Microsoft Ad, Meta business(Analytics, Search, Display) is a must  Experience with web design (HTML, Javascript, Landing Page, Webflow) and website optimization is a plus
