职位介绍: Job Responsibilities ● Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximizerevenue and profitability ● Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to adjust pricing andinventory strategies accordingly ● Utilize revenue management software and tools to track performance metrics and makedata-driven decisions ● Set room rates and manage inventory allocation across various distribution channels toachieve revenue goals ● Monitor booking patterns, cancellation rates, and market demand to adjust pricing strategiesdynamically ● Implement pricing strategies for different market segments, including group bookings,corporate accounts, and leisure travelers ● Oversee distribution channels such as online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, andthird-party distribution partners ● Optimize channel mix and negotiate contracts with distribution partners to minimizedistribution costs and maximize revenue ● Monitor channel performance and implement strategies to drive direct bookings and reducereliance on third-party channels ● Prepare revenue forecasts, budgets, and financial projections based on market analysis andhistorical performance data ● Monitor actual revenue performance against forecasted targets and implement correctiveactions as needed ● Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to align revenuestrategies with overall business objectives ● Generate regular reports and performance metrics to track revenue performance, markettrends, and competitor analysis ● Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue drivers, booking patterns, and customer behavior toidentify opportunities for revenue optimization ● Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on data analysis andmarket insights ● Lead the reservation team and provide guidance, training, and support to achievedepartmental goals ● Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the revenue managementteam ● Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of revenuemanagement strategies with overall hotel operations Job Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, orrelated field. Advanced degree or certification in Revenue Management is a plus ● 8~10 years experience in revenue management or related roles within the hospitalityindustry, preferably in a managerial capacity ● In-depth knowledge of hotel revenue management ● Strong Data analytical skills ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills ● Proficiency in revenue management software and tools, including property managementsystems (PMS), channel managers, and revenue optimization platforms ● Leadership abilities with a track record of leading high-performing teams ● Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement long-term revenue strategiesaligned with business objectives ● Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets and maximizing profitability
